## About the Role

* Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Helpdesk role
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft environments
 * Experience administering Microsoft 365 services
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
 * Understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN technologies
 * Experience working with ticketing and ITSM systems
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
 * Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is desirable
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices including MFA, Conditional Access, and endpoint protection is desirable
 * Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions is desirable
 * Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent certifications are desirable
 * Exposure to Azure cloud services is desirable
 * GCSE or equivalent is preferred
 * IT technical support experience of 1 year is preferred
 * English is required
 * Car driving licence is required

## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and user-related issues
 * Support Windows, macOS, and Windows Server environments
 * Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user management
 * Manage devices through Microsoft Intune, including enrolment, compliance policies, and endpoint configuration
 * Maintain and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, and access controls
 * Log, prioritise, and manage incidents and service requests using our IT service management platform
 * Assist with infrastructure upgrades, client onboarding, and project delivery
 * Support onsite installations of IT equipment and business systems
 * Contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
 * Provide guidance and training to end users on best practices and security awareness
