improve system functionality.Develop and maintain a roadmap for finance system improvements aligned with business needs.Ensure all system developments follow best practice in financial governance and internal controls.Manage the integration between Unit4 ERP and other organisational systems, including third-party applications.Work with IT teams and external providers to maintain system stability and performance.Keep informed of technological developments and best practice in financial systems to enhance system capability and efficiency.Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for system issues, including second and third-line queries.Design and produce financial reports that meet operational and strategic requirements.Ensure financial data is accurate, reliable, and available for analysis and decision-making.Act as the principal contact between the organisation and the finance system provider.Identify learning needs relating to the use of the finance system.Conduct performance reviews, Analytics systems.
