## About the Role

* Experience in a service desk or first-line IT support role
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications
 * Confident troubleshooting skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
 * Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
 * Experience creating or maintaining IT documentation and providing user guidance or training
 * A proactive, self-motivated and customer-focused approach
 * IT-related qualifications or equivalent experience
 * Flexibility to travel between local sites
 * Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours or overtime when required

## Description

* Provide first-line IT support with a strong focus on user experience and timely resolution
 * Manage and resolve service desk tickets
 * Support desktops, laptops, network-connected devices and core business systems
 * Log, prioritise, progress and accurately document incidents and requests
 * Work with third-party suppliers and escalate issues to second- and third-line support where required
 * Install, configure and maintain hardware and software in line with IT standards and procedures
 * Create and maintain IT documentation and user training materials
 * Support IT projects and administration tasks
 * Provide on-site IT support across Warwick locations
