_ Support structured decision-making balancing technical, safety, programme and project requirements * Ensure engineering scope is defined, controlled, verified, and validated from concept through delivery * Champion a robust systems engineering approach meeting quality, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements Tasks * Degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline * Membership of a relevant professional engineering institution * Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or demonstrable path toward chartership (desirable) * Significant experience in an engineering design environment with systems thinking and integration * Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering coordination * Experience defining and managing project-level requirements including traceability * Experience facilitating structured requirements and value management workshops * Experience ensuring traceability between requirements, design outputs, and verification strategy * Experience supporting aaaaaa

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate project-wide systems engineering to deliver safe, integrated and regulation-compliant solutions. You will ensure traceable, multi-disciplinary outputs align with project requirements and drive technical leadership across teams. The position focuses on robust systems thinking, risk-aware decision-making, and delivering a coherent technical solution for complex, safety-critical projects. This is an opportunity to shape how engineering requirements are defined, validated, and verified within a regulated nuclear environment.
