 * Establish architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures.
 * Lead architectural governance, including chairing the Technical Design Authority.
 * Define and govern an enterprise integration architecture, including an integration layer.
 * Provide architectural leadership across major system implementations and replacements (e.g., ITSM, HR, IAM, ERP, digital platforms).
 * Define enterprise data architecture and lead the design of a single, trusted enterprise data repository.
 * Embed security-by-design principles across all solutions.
