## About the Role

Experteer Overview Join Stripe's Global Payment Methods and Expansion Partnerships team to drive high-impact initiatives with payment method and expansion partners in EMEA. You will negotiate and execute deals, coordinate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams, and nurture partner relationships to support Stripe's market growth. You'll measure success with clear KPIs and influence product strategy through partner insights. This is a strategic, autonomous role with broad impact on Stripe's payment ecosystem and regional expansion. Pay / Benefits * Identify opportunities and craft partnership and product strategies for market expansion and payment method partners in EMEA * Execute deals, manage partner onboarding and partnership development for new and existing financial partners * Understand partners' priorities and communicate insights to Stripe product stakeholders * Develop and grow Stripe's relationships with partners and champion Stripe internally and externally * a
partners KPIs and metrics to measure deal processes and partner management initiatives Tasks * 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related field * 5+ years of experience related to payments and/or ecommerce * Deep EMEA market knowledge, incl. Israel, Middle East and Africa preferred * Thorough ability to handle ambiguity and operate with autonomy * Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving creative solutions toward shared goals * Experience in product-centric environments with internal and external dependencies * Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders Key requirements *
