Nice to Have * Experience at a developer tooling, infrastructure, platform, or AI-first company. * Experience building internal developer platforms or engineering productivity systems. ## Description As our Founding AI Engineer on the Developer Platform team, you will build the foundational platform systems that drive engineering quality, reliability, and velocity across the organization. You will own the development of core platform capabilities, including identity, authentication, authorization, and other critical infrastructure services. In addition, you will design and build AI-powered agents and developer tooling to accelerate software development and improve quality-ranging from AI-assisted coding and automated QA to incident detection, monitoring, and operational workflows. Your work will enable engineers to move faster while maintaining high standards of reliability and performance. You will define the technical architecture, make key infrastructure and platform decisions, and play a central role in shaping our engineering foundations. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a small team around this function. This is a true 0-to-1 role with significant ownership, direct partnership with the CTO, and meaningful equity participation.
