## Description

A fast-growing, high-impact international organisation is seeking a hands-on Senior Data Scientist to take ownership of the day-to-day analytics engine and machine learning models for an established international platform across the UK and Canadian markets.

Day to day responsibilities include:

 * Production System Health: Oversee, refresh, and retrain the live ML model suite without needing to overhaul the underlying architecture. Keep an eye on model performance and drift.
 * Commercial Analytics: Monitor baseline UK/CA performance metrics, investigate sudden anomalies, and triage operational issues across partner feeds, marketing campaigns, and recommendation logic.
 * A/B Testing & Insights: Track active experiments, analyze reads, and make confident calls on promotional rollouts.
 * Regulatory Compliance: Handle time-sensitive data extraction requests-including FCA reporting, DSARs, and compliance pulls-often under tight turnaround times.
 * Cross-Functional Ownership: Act as the single point of contact for technical data matters across product, marketing, engineering, and legal/compliance teams.
