Your new role As a Pega Certified Business Analyst (PCBA), you will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are effectively captured, analysed, and translated into scalable Pega solutions. You will facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, support Agile delivery teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex digital transformation programmes within security-cleared environments.
