 * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 * Highly organised, self-motivated and ability to work with a structured approval process.

## Description

We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Assistant to join the IT department, based in our London office., * IT support for both software and hardware used by the Company in all its areas of business (e.g. office, stores, events, etc.).

 * Training users on the software and hardware used.
 * Development and maintenance of training manuals, FAQs and How-Tos.
 * Setting up new starters with software, hardware and Microsoft accounts.
 * Ongoing Microsoft 365 administration of areas in line with competency, experience and trust.
 * Basic networking tasks such as cabling, connectivity and CCTV.
 * Research IT solutions to various business challenges including the potential use of AI where appropriate.
 * Development and expansion of database and Excel driven business systems including any required data manipulations.
 * Any other non-IT tasks, as and when required by the Company.
 * All other responsibilities as assigned.
