## Description

Team Lead Java Developer - J2EE, Spring, Maven TomcatQuant Capital is urgently looking for a Java J2EE Developer to join our high profile client.Our client is a brand new investment firm driven by technology. They are well known in the media as solving one of the common problems for the retail investor and in the current climate this is a unique product. The company structure is very flat and they have grown to 30 people in almost 6 months. As their product is web based this position is key to growth and stability.The project will be stabilising (and leading) the development of their web based platform which is built on Java and AWS EC2. This project will involve getting to know the platform and then adding greenfield functionality as well as brining the platform together. It has been rapidly developed so there are some areas that need serious work and maintenance as well as complete redo's.The stack is Maven, Spring, Data Nucleus on Tomcat.I expect someone who keeps on top of the
