You manage and continuously improve our knowledge platforms. Acting as Product Owner within your scope, you ensure that systems remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with user and business needs.From user needs to scalable solutions. You translate user requirements into targeted system enhancements, developing concepts, assessing feasibility, and validating improvements through structured testing and iterative refinement. Your work directly improves usability and efficiency across the firm.Data ownership and governance. You act as Knowledge Data Owner for defined use cases, shaping how data is processed, governed, and translated into practical applications. Working closely with industry and topic experts, IT and Compliance.Automation and AI enablement. You identify and implement automation and AI-enabled features, including AI-based search and workflow improvements.
