## About the Role

* Proven experience in a Third Line/Senior Infrastructure Support role.
 * Strong hands-on experience with:
 + Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop)
 + Citrix Cloud
 + NetScaler ADC
 + Citrix WEM
 + Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
 + FSLogix
 * Experience supporting VMware, Hyper-V and/or XenServer environments.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
 * Experience with ITIL and enterprise support models.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Active SC Clearance is essential.

## Description

* Provide 3rd Line support for complex Citrix incidents and problems.
 * Act as the SME for Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC and WEM.
 * Lead technical investigations, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
 * Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and end-user experience.
 * Support patching, upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvements.
 * Work closely with architecture, engineering and cross-functional teams.
 * Proactively identify and resolve defects and recurring issues.
 * Maintain strong customer service and operate in line with ITIL and service management processes.
