## About the Role

You'll have:

 * 5+ years' professional UI design experience.
 * A strong portfolio demonstrating web, responsive and native app design.
 * Excellent UI and interaction design skills.
 * Advanced Figma skills and experience with modern prototyping tools.
 * Experience designing accessible experiences in line with WCAG 2.1 AA.
 * Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
 * Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Experience mentoring or coaching other designers.
 * A user-focused approach with the ability to balance customer, business and technical needs.
 * Experience with collaboration tools such as Miro.
 * Retail or other high-volume customer-facing experience is advantageous.

## Description

You'll create intuitive, accessible and engaging digital experiences for a large and diverse customer base. Working closely with UX, research, product, engineering and data teams, you'll turn complex problems into simple, effective customer experiences., You'll:

 * Lead UI design across web, responsive and native digital products, from discovery through to delivery.
 * Create wireframes, prototypes and production-ready designs using Figma.
 * Work closely with UX, product, engineering, research and analytics teams.
 * Champion human-centred, inclusive and accessible design.
 * Use customer research, testing and data to inform design decisions.
 * Facilitate workshops and collaborative design sessions.
 * Work within and contribute to a Digital Design System, helping evolve components and patterns.
 * Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
 * Mentor and support junior designers and contribute to a positive team culture.
 * Continuously improve design processes and ways of working.
