## Description

* Installation, Austausch sowie Auf- und Abbau von IT-Equipment (PCs, Notebooks, Monitore, Dockingstations)
 * Einrichtung von Benutzerkonten und Vergabe von Berechtigungen in Active Directory und Entra ID
 * Bereitstellung und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software für Anwender
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client-Umfeld (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Support-Tickets gemäß Prozessen und SLAs
 * Vor-Ort-Support und Anwenderunterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen Durchführung von Funktions- und Abnahmetests zur Sicherstellung der Systemeinsatzfähigkeit, * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
