* Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise im Warehouse- oder Logistik-IT-Umfeld
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis logistischer Abläufe, insbesondere im Lagerprozessmanagement
 * Erfahrung in der Betreuung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von WMS-Systemen
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse

 * Unterstützung der Standorte sowie der operativen und kundennahen Einheiten bei Ausschreibungen und Anforderungsanalysen im WMS-Kontext
 * Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten rund um Warehouse-Management-Systeme
 * Koordination zwischen operativen Key Usern, dem IT-Plattformbetrieb und externen Softwarepartnern
 * Verantwortung für das Release-Management: Planung, Prüfung und Einspielung von Software-Releases auf Test- und Live-Systemen
 * Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs und der Weiterentwicklung der WMS-Plattform, inkl. Performance- und Verfügbarkeitsoptimierung
 * Befähigung der Key User durch Coaching, Schulungen und operative Unterstützung
 * Erstellung klarer und verständlicher Systemdokumentationen zur Qualitätssicherung
