* Projekterfahrung im SAP HCM Umfeld sowie sehr gutes Prozesswissen in der Personalwirtschaft bzw. im Human Ressource Management (SAP HXM)
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP HCM Modulbetreuung oder SAP HCM Beratung mit dem Fokus auf SAP HCM PY (Payroll) und / oder SAP HCM PT sowie fundiertes Customizing Know-how in der SAP HCM Abrechnung bzw. Zeitwirtschaft
 * Motivierte und kommunikative Beraterpersönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten und proaktiven Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich
 * Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Studium und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 * SAP HCM Modulbetreuung mit Fokus auf die Gehaltsabrechnung (SAP HCM PY) und Zeitwirtschaft (SAP HCM PT) sowie ganzheitliche Beratung des Fachbereichs Personal
 * Aufnahme SAP-systemseitiger Anforderungen im SAP HCM Modul sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung, Weiterentwicklung und Realisierung von SAP HCM Customizing
 * Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbehebung im SAP HCM PY und SAP HCM PT 2nd Supports sowie Organisation und Durchführung von SAP HCM Anwenderschulungen
