 * Installation und Pflege von Standardsoftware-Paketen
 * Durchführung von Datensicherungen sowie Wiederherstellungen
 * Onsite-Hardware-Support inkl. Austausch von Komponenten (RAM, Festplatten, Drucker, Scanner, Netzwerkkomponenten)
