* Technikbegeisterung: Du brennst für IT und Technologie, und neue Entwicklungen wecken deine Neugier und dazu hohe Affinität zu Computern/Software.
 * Lernbereitschaft: Du siehst Herausforderungen als Chancen und bist bereit, kontinuierlich dazuzulernen. Als Zeichen dafür glänzt dein Zeugnis mit guten Noten in Mathematik und/oder Informatik.
 * Teamgeist: Du schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team und bringst gerne deine Ideen ein durch deine offene Persönlichkeit.
 * Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich kommunizieren und hast gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse.
 * Die mittlere Reife hast du (bald) erfolgreich in der Tasche - höhere Abschlüsse sind ein Plus.

Kein Muss, aber immer gern gesehen:

 * Bereits einige Programme selbst entwickelt.
 * Führerschein Klasse B
 * Du hast eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, die du gerne im Team integrierst.
 * Wenn du mal selbstständig an einer Aufgabe knobelst, bringt dich das nicht aus der Ruhe.
