* Abgeschlossenes IT orientiertes Studium (Bachelor/Master) oder alternativ eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung

 * Praktische Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung und im Scripting (PowerShell, Power Automate o.ä.)
 * Relevante Zertifizierungen von Vorteil: (PRINCE2, Microsoft Zertifizierungen, etc.)
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Betreuung von Schnittstellen und Integrationsszenarien (REST-APIs, SOAP, Graph API, Webhooks o. ä.)
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration einer hybride Microsoft Umgebung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Diese Position verbindet technische Umsetzungskompetenz mit strukturierter Projektsteuerung. Im Mittelpunkt steht nicht das reine Koordinieren, sondern das aktive Mitgestalten: Schnittstellen konfigurieren, Go-Lives begleiten, Projekte am Laufen halten - und alle Beteiligten dabei auf Kurs bringen.

 * Stakeholder- & Demand-Management: Strukturierte Anforderungsaufnahme auf Fach- und Management-Ebene. Eigenverantwortliche Beratung von Stakeholdern bei der Auswahl und Konzeption geeigneter IT-Lösungen.
 * Projektmanagement: Begleitung von Projekten von der Anforderungsanalyse über die eigenständige Konzeption bis zur technischen Realisierung.
 * IT Architektur & Systemintegration: Konzeption, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen (REST, SOAP, Graph API). Integration von Cloud-Diensten (Microsoft 365, Azure). Mitgestaltung der IT-Architektur im hybriden Cloud-Umfeld. Evaluierung und Einführung neuer Technologien und Plattformen. Sicherstellung stabiler IT-Serviceprozesse durch Monitoring, Wartung und Incident-Management
