## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT- oder kaufmännischen Umfeld mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs
 * Erfahrung in der Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung oder Anwendung eines ERP-Systems, idealerweise Proalpha, in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
 * Grundlegende Kenntnisse in OpenEdge ABL/ Progress sowie Interesse, diese weiter auszubauen
 * Grundlegende SQL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von Datenabfragen, Auswertungen und Datenexporten
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schnittstellen und der Integration von Unternehmensanwendungen
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung im Umgang mit internen Anwendern und Fachbereichen
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Kenntnisse in Salesforce, PiaX, Operations1, FORMAT Software, L-mobile, Metabase, n8n oder vergleichbaren Business Applications sind von Vorteil

 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Systemanpassungen, Datenbereitstellungen sowie Integrationen im Proalpha-Umfeld
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Schnittstellen zwischen Proalpha und angrenzenden Business Applications
 * Unterstützung bei der Betreuung weiterer Business Applications wie Salesforce, PiaX, Operations1, FORMAT Software, L-mobile, Metabase und n8n
