## Description

* Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung moderner Intranet Lösungen - von der ersten Idee bis zum Go-Live - mit Workshops, Konzepten, Redaktionsmodellen und Change-Kommunikation. Du bist Sparringspartner:in für Kommunikationsabteilungen, IT und HR.
 * Du entwickelst Plattformen, die Mitarbeitende wirklich nutzen wollen - auf Basis von Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online und Staffbase. Dabei denkst Du Kommunikation, UX und Technik immer gemeinsam.
 * Du konzipierst Informationsarchitekturen, Navigationsstrukturen und Inhaltslogiken, die Orientierung schaffen. Du denkst in Zielgruppen, Personas und Use Cases - und bringst Ordnung ins digitale Miteinander.
 * Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden Redaktionsprozesse, Governance-Modelle und Content-Strategien. Du weißt, wie man Inhalte organisiert, steuert und lebendig hält.
 * Du bringst neue Ideen ein - zu Themen wie Employee Experience, interne Kommunikation, hybride Zusammenarbeit oder KI im Intranet. Du gestaltest mit uns die Zukunft der digitalen Arbeitswelt.
