* Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes IT-Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) mit relevanter, mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
 * Infrastruktur-Know-how: Fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Betrieb von On-Premise-Infrastrukturen (Server, Virtualisierung, Backup) sowie mit hybriden Umgebungen
 * Cloud & MS-Technologien: Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Ecosystem, insbesondere Azure, Entra ID, Intune und Microsoft 365
 * Netzwerk- und Firewall-Kenntnisse: Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb von modernen Netzwerkumgebungen (z. B. Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba o.ä.)
 * Sicherheitsbewusstsein: Gutes Verständnis für zeitgemäße IT-Sicherheitskonzepte und idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit regulierten Umgebungen (wie GMP oder NIS2-Richtlinien)
 * Arbeitsweise: Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise, hohe Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse aus
