* Installation, Konfiguration und Aufrüstung von Hardware und Software
 * Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd Level Support
 * Durchführung von Arbeitsplatzumzügen und IT Rollouts im Raum München
 * Einrichtung und Support von mobilen Endgeräten und Peripheriegeräten
 * Dokumentation aller Serviceeinsätze in einem modernen Ticketsystem
