 * Be an early applicant, * Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des IT-Bereichs sowie gezielte Weiterentwicklung des wachsenden internen Teams.
 * Gesamtverantwortung für einen sicheren, stabilen und wirtschaftlichen IT-Betrieb mit Fokus auf Applikationen, Infrastruktur sowie Cloud- und On-Premise-Systeme.
 * Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister einschließlich Priorisierung von Anforderungen sowie Sicherstellung einer verlässlichen Zusammenarbeit.
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung beim weiteren Aufbau der IT-Strukturen sowie Verantwortung für Budget, Dokumentation und technische Standards.
 * Operative Nähe zum Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere bei Supportstrukturen, Störungsmanagement, Anwenderfragen und der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von IT-Prozessen.
