* Erfahrung & Support-Know-how: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP FI und/oder SAP CO Berater mit Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Supporttickets wie Incidents, Changes und Service Requests.

 * Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

 * Problemlöser & Support-Profi: Bearbeite 2nd und 3rd-Level-Support Tickets erfolgreich für verschiedene Bestandskunden.
 * Anpassungskünstler: Implementiere komplexe Anforderungen im SAP FI/CO Customizing - je nach Kunde.
