You will combine technical process understanding with technical SAP know-how and help customers to better understand operational processes, solve problems sustainably and make processes more efficient. The focus is not on pure incident handling, but on process advisory: You will recognize patterns, analyze causes, identify potential for improvement and translate them into SAP solutions together with customers and internal teams of experts.
