SAP-Bezug: Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, speziell im AMS / Support, im Optimalfall im Bereich Logistik / Lagerverwaltung (SD,MM,WM, EWM...)

Fachkompetenz: Nachweisbare Erfahrung im IT-/SAP-Support, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in gängigen Ticketsystemen wie Confluence

Ticket-Management: Qualifizierte Annahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Kundenanfragen, Störungsmeldungen sowie Change Requests im SAP-Umfeld

Lösungsentwicklung: Eigenständige Erarbeitung der Lösungsansätze für Supportfälle und enge Abstimmung mit der internen Entwicklung bei komplexen Sachverhalten

Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der internen Supportprozesse sowie Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der firmeneigenen Produkte

Wissensmanagement: Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Supportvorgänge in der Wissensdatenbank zur Sicherung des Team-Know-hows und Erstellung von Bug Reports

Service-Sicherstellung: Übernahme von rotierenden Rufbereitschaften im Team, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb für die Kunden unseres Auftraggebers zu gewährleisten
