## About the Role

We are looking for engineers who are passionate about high-integrity systems.

 * The Foundation: Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * At least 3 years of professional experience in Computer Science or in a related field.
 * Embedded Expertise: Proven experience in embedded software development (ideally C) and a deep understanding of real-time constraints.
 * Model-Based Mindset: Experience or strong interest in Model-Based Development (MBD) workflows (e.g., ANSYS Scade or MATLAB/Simulink) to drive system design.
 * Safety-Critical Awareness: An understanding of the rigor required for high-integrity environments (e.g., DO-178C or similar safety standards).
 * The Driver: A proactive approach to solving complex, "unsolved" problems in the field of autonomy and flight control.
 * Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). German language skills are a plus.
