## Description

Um einen störungsfreien Arbeitsablauf zu gewährleisten bist du auch für die Wartung der laufenden Betriebe zuständig. Dennoch kann es immer wieder zu Anwendungs- und Systemproblemen kommen, die es dann zu lösen gilt.

Für die Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens stehst du als Ansprechpartner bereit, wenn es um Einführung neuer Programme oder Hardware geht. Du erstellst Dokumentationen zur Funktionsweise und führst Schulungen für Benutzer durch.

Auch beim Thema IT-Sicherheit bist du ein wichtiger Teil des Unternehmens, durch Filterprogramme, Virenprogramme und Verschlüsselungstechniken wird die Sicherheit von Netzwerken gewährleistet.
