Nice to Have Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target Experience with data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, customer 360 models) Experience with Git and CI/CD practices Experience with
Python, Spark, or other data engineering technologies Understanding of campaign execution architecture and deliverability concepts Experience working in enterprise-scale marketing automation environments Knowledge of data observability, monitoring, and operational support practices Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical and data solutions Responsibilities: Design and develop Adobe Campaign v8 workflows, schemas, custom resources, and technical processes Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines between Adobe Campaign and enterprise platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, Data Warehouses, and external APIs Develop and optimize complex audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic Design and maintain customer data models, ensuring scalability, data quality, and performance Troubleshoot data integration issues, workflow failures, and campaign execution bottlenecks Analyze large datasets to identify data quality issues and improve campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data contracts, integration patterns, and governance standards Support monitoring, performance tuning, and operational excellence of Adobe Campaign environmentsProvide technical guidance and support to global and local teams using Adobe Campaign solutions Ability to participate in On-Call support (one week per month, 24/7) and to be ready to respond on support request (production issue) if it occurs.

Our goal is to support marketing teams in their endeavors to improve consumer engagement and brand loyalty via timely and relevant communication. We apply engineering best practices in the automation process of marketing campaigns and loyalty programs striving for operational excellence on a global scale. Requirements: Must Have 3+ years
