You will work closely with a small engineering team to build reliable systems, integrate AI capabilities, and deliver impactful solutions for users worldwide. - Own backend problem spaces end to end, from defining technical specifications and acceptance criteria to reviewing architecture and ensuring successful delivery. - Build AI-powered product capabilities that automate complex workflows and transform unstructured information into actionable business processes. - Design reliable AI systems with structured outputs, evaluation frameworks, monitoring, confidence controls, and human review mechanisms where needed. - Improve engineering workflows by introducing better specifications, tooling, and processes that increase team productivity and AI leverage. - Develop self-service tools and internal solutions using modern backend and frontend technologies to empower teams
