What You´ll Do: As a Solution Specialist, you will: - Drive new customer wins by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with your team - Deliver technical product overviews and tailored insights aligned with customer needs and scenarios - Share innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud and enhance technical acumen - Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations - Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via Teams - Serve as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and potential customers - Conduct both group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on your areas of expertise - Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in cloud
