Experience in creating and executing content strategies that drive engagement and community growth. Good skills in negotiation with influencers. Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Trello and JIRA is highly valued. Define and execute the social media and influencer marketing strategy for the Italian market, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while building a strong and active community around Naturitas' brands. You will play a key role in launching and growing Naturitas' presence in the Italian market, helping build brand awareness from the ground up. Strategy development Develop and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand's goals Set measurable objectives for social media and influencer campaigns Stay up to date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices Plan, execute, and manage social media and influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators Content creation Develop creative content ideas and write high-quality, engaging, and optimized copy for various social media platforms and blog content, ensuring alignment with the brand tone of voice and marketing objectives. Work closely with the Creative Design team by preparing detailed content briefings and collaborating on the development of visual assets for campaigns and social media initiatives.
