Program initiatives, Support Center systems like Customer Care and Portals, Material Services, and Operator solutions RESPONSABILITIES: - Acts as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future domain-specific IT Products & Services and validates product designs. - As a key player, collaborates with all other digital and business stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions using innovative technologies. - Participates in all phases of the solution development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, implementation and support. - Aligns architecture strategy with the organization's business goals and long-term strategic planning for the organization's Information systems. - Design the technical/functional architecture of the application following standard architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Archimate), aligned with security requirements and using modelisation tools & methodology.
