Requirements - 7+ years of experience designing and building scalable backend services in modern production environments. - Strong proficiency in Go and deep understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures. - Solid experience with SQL, relational database design, and backend data management. - Experience building reliable, high-performance systems and working with cloud-based infrastructure. - Familiarity with frontend technologies and the ability to contribute to basic frontend tasks when required. - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, navigate complex systems, and take initiative. - Excellent problem-solving skills
with curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new technologies, frameworks, AI tools, and engineering practices. - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed, multicultural teams. - Humble, open-minded, and collaborative approach with a focus on knowledge sharing and continuous learning. - Excellent English skills and ability to work within European time zones. - Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. - Experience with technologies such as gRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, or similar modern infrastructure tools is an advantage.
