They will be responsible for resolving technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, documenting incidents, and escalating complex issues to senior members of the IT team as appropriate., * Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems. * Support system security and compliance efforts by following industry best practices. * Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems when needed. * Help administer enterprise applications, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms. * Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and deployments. * Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations. * Provide technical support to employees and assist in resolving IT-related queries. * Collaborate with vendors and service providers under senior IT team supervision., IE US Operations Inc., the employing entity and proud member of the IREN group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
