We are seeking an administrator-first professional who can maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and evolve the Salesforce platform while partnering effectively with developers, architects, and business stakeholders., * 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments with complex business processes, integrations, security requirements, and high availability expectations. * Advanced understanding of Salesforce administration, security, governance, environment management, and production support. * Strong hands-on experience with Flow Builder, Lightning Experience, security and sharing models, custom objects and fields, validation rules, reports and dashboards, user administration, and release coordination. * Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and integrated enterprise application ecosystems. * Working knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and REST integrations. * Ability to read and troubleshoot Salesforce code and partner effectively with developers and architects. * Experience with release management, sandboxes, source control concepts, CI/CD methodologies, deployment validation, and testing. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira, Copado, GitHub, Salesforce DX, and modern DevOps practices. * Experience with AI tools, Agentforce, Einstein, MCP, or related technologies is a plus. * Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant are preferred. * Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
