Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. ## Description At Humana, we're building human-centered experiences that help people navigate healthcare with confidence. We're looking for a Content Designer to support content design and strategy across product experiences within our digital ecosystem. As part of Humana's Consumer Digital team, you'll create and optimize content that helps people choose, understand, and use their healthcare plans. You'll work as an embedded partner within cross-functional teams, shaping experiences across web, mobile, apps, and emerging digital surfaces. This role is ideal for someone who is continuing to grow their content design craft, combines strong content skills with product thinking, uses research and data to inform decisions, and enjoys solving complex communication challenges in a regulated environment. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, research, engineering, legal, compliance, and content design peers to create experiences that are clear, accessible, and user-centered.
