## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with SAP PS, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
 * Experience with Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and complex manufacturing processes.
 * Strong knowledge of project planning, costing, budgeting, WIP, and settlement.
 * Experience integrating SAP PS with CO, FI, SD, and MM.
 * Strong SAP ECC experience; SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
 * Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to lead teams and drive solution decisions.
 * Willingness to travel within and outside the U.S. 1 2 weeks per month.

## Description

* Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP PS solutions.
 * Conduct requirements and fit-gap workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
 * Configure and support Engineer-to-Order (ETO) project processes.
 * Manage project planning, costing, budgeting, and cost control.
 * Configure WIP, project settlement, and milestone-based revenue recognition.
 * Support integration with SAP CO, FI, SD, and MM processes.
 * Lead functional testing, issue resolution, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
 * Provide functional leadership and ensure solution quality and governance.
