Establish engineering standards, operating rhythms, and accountability frameworks aligned to business outcomes rather than project completion. Product Development Ownership Across the Global Portfolio Own end-to-end development for the entireMarTechand AdTech product portfolio globally,ensuringevery product is delivered with quality, reliability, and speed. Partner closely with Product Management and Product Design in a durable one-team model to solve meaningful business problems. Drive accountability for measurable outcomes, including business impact, system reliability, performance, scalability, and consumer experience. Technical Strategy & Architecture Leadership Define and evolve the technical strategy, architecture, and engineering practices required for scalable, resilient, and secure product platforms at aglobal scale. Provide technical oversight for critical systems and platform investments, staying close enough to the technology to lead by substance. Balance build vs.buytrade-offs with rigor and a long-termview,ensuring systems are built for durability, operability,and speed.
