This role owns the vision and execution of global learning programs that drive adoption, deepen product proficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients and partners, working cross-functionally and with other members of FICO's Integrated Learning Organization (ILO). This leader combines strategy with domain and technical depth, and can move seamlessly between vision, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on support of high-impact learning and enablement initiatives.
