## About the Role

Experteer Overview In this role you provide remote technical support for HCUS customers, diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues on medical imaging systems. You'll guide internal staff, document findings, and stay current with regulatory and quality requirements. You may travel to customer sites and will develop SME knowledge across multiple disciplines within two years. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, compliant solutions that support patient care. Compensation / Benefits * Assess hardware, software, and network issues on customer systems and provide remote repair solutions * Perform remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, and routine inspections on medical imaging systems * Provide module/sub-module level advanced support to Customer Support Engineers and staff * Collaborate with internal and external groups to solve complex issues and develop solutions * Document problems and solutions in a product knowledge database * Remain compliant with aaaaaaa
