## Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator to take ownership of our IT infrastructure and serve as a key technical resource for the organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and takes pride in building stable, well-managed systems. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, you'll play a critical role in improving processes, driving technology initiatives, and mentoring junior team members., * Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 and core IT infrastructure.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve network, server, application, and end-user issues.
 * Configure and support networking equipment, including switches and routing.
 * Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical systems.
 * Partner with software and hardware vendors to resolve technical issues.
 * Document processes, maintain best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff.
 * Support IT projects, upgrades, and technology initiatives across the organization., Management
