You will partner with Product, Technology, Research, and business teams to uncover needs, shape direction, and deliver outcomes that benefit customers and the business. You'll guide teams through ambiguity, influence decision-making, and turn insights into actionable designs. You will drive end-to-end experience quality, advocate for accessibility, and mentor designers while aligning work with cross-functional priorities.
