* Experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or Field Support roles
 * Foundational knowledge of computer networking concepts

## Description

Insight Global is hiring an IT Support Technician to support the NBA's Arena Technology Operations team, providing both onsite and remote technical support during games, events, and day-to-day arena operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting critical systems, including clock, statistics, and sound meter platforms, while supporting end users with hardware, software, Microsoft Teams, and connectivity issues. The role involves performing game-day readiness checks, managing and resolving ServiceNow tickets, assisting with technology-related projects, and ensuring all arena systems are operating effectively before and during live events. Success in this position requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, the ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels, and a solid understanding of how multiple technology systems integrate within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
