In this role, you will work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing end-user support, and assisting with various IT projects. As an IT Support Specialist, you will handle service inquiries from our retail store locations and the field support staff. This position will report daily to the corporate office.
