This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys remaining close to the technology while providing mentorship and technical guidance to a small IT team. The ideal candidate will serve as the organization's primary infrastructure expert, helping ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology operations while delivering exceptional support to internal users. This role is best suited for someone with a strong technical foundation, a collaborative approach, and a passion for continuous improvement., Infrastructure & Systems Administration * Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the company's infrastructure environment. * Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure, network, and systems issues. * Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives. * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements. Cybersecurity & Risk Management * Support and strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture across systems, networks, and cloud environments. * Assist in developing and implementing security standards, policies, and best practices. * Conduct security reviews, identify vulnerabilities, and help drive remediation efforts. * Stay current on emerging threats and recommend security improvements.
