 * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite, including:

 * Functional configuration of Oracle Receivables, Advanced Collections, Revenue Management, and Cash Management

 * Business systems analysis and requirements documentation

 * Managing and resolving Oracle service requests

 * Strong business process re-engineering and documentation expertise; Visio process mapping experience required.

 * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.

 * Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
