Your role in our mission

 * Design, develop, customize, test, document, support and maintain Web sites build on .NET framework according to business needs.
 * Work with business users to gather requirements and understand business processes.
 * Support the hosting of the website in AWS cloud environment both in Windows and Linux OS.
 * Write unit tests and integration tests for customizations.
 * Deploy customizations to test and production environments and familiarity on SQL and MySQL data bases.
 * Independently troubleshoot and resolve system?level issues related to operating systems, networking, storage, permissions, and performance
 * Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities through system hardening, patch management, vulnerability scans, and configuration reviews
 * Monitor system health, capacity, and availability; proactively investigate recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
 * Participate in incident response and post?incident root cause analysis for infrastructure and security?related events
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures for supported systems
 * Collaborate with developers, security teams, and IT stakeholders to support stable, secure, and reliable infrastructure operations
 * Escalate complex or high?risk issues appropriately while owning resolution for standard operational tasks
